Welcome to ALTERNATYS assessment website
We ask you to answer 2 types of questionnaires:
- MCQ (Multiple Choice Questionnaires) related to personnality, behaviour and motivations at work. There is no time limit but you have to be spontaneous.
- Logic Questionnaires (analytical, intuitive, verbal) with limited time.
You need 1 hour to 1 hour & half to answer to all questionnaires. This is an average time. This may vary from person to person.
After completing the questionnaires, a meeting will be set with the Consultant for a debriefing.
Now, make sure you have the username and password that you received by email.
Please note :
- Your password is unique and can only be used once; after logged in, you must complete the session and you can answer the questionnaires only once..
- Before starting, ensure that you will not be disturbed.
- Ensure that you have enough time and you are properly installed
- Read carefully the instructions and examples for each questionnaire.
